The AMF AJIRA program is a proactive initiative aimed at addressing the pressing issue of unemployment among the youth. Our approach involves actively engaging with companies to secure job and internship opportunities for young individuals. The dire consequences of youth unemployment, such as early pregnancies, drug abuse, crime, mental health challenges, and other societal vices, underscore the urgency of our mission. Recognizing the gravity of this issue, we are proud to collaborate with several partners, Eg Airtel Kenya, who are dedicated to providing employment opportunities for the youth. Through these partnerships, we strive to create a positive impact, offering a pathway to a brighter future for young people in need of meaningful employment.
